Registered Provisional Psychologist, EMDR Specialist

The only person you are destined to become, is the person you decide to be.
— Ralph Waldo Emerson

If you’re here, maybe you’re wondering if there’s a therapist who truly gets it -
Who understands what it’s like to walk in your shoes.

I understand that feeling - because I’ve been there, too.

I grew up in small-town Alberta, in a blue-collar family where hard work and straightforward empathy were part of everyday life. Eventually, I found myself working in Corrections. It was then that I realized - these new situations demanded a different level of support When I finally reached out for help, I discovered something frustrating:
The mental health support I received didn’t always reflect the reality I was living.

Maybe you’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t quite land.
Maybe you’ve carried the weight quietly, unsure where to turn.

I knew there had to be a better way - A way that meets people where they are.

That insight led me to become a Registered Provisional Psychologist and an EMDR Certified Therapist. Today, my practice is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally competent care  - designed for people who have often felt overlooked, misunderstood, or out of place in standard therapeutic settings.

Whether you’re a first responder, from a working-class background, or navigating trauma, neurodivergence, or chronic stress - my goal is simple:

To offer a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported.

If you’re thinking about therapy and wondering if we’d be the right fit, I invite you to reach out.

Let’s take the next step together.
