All client communication outside of sessions occurs through HushMail, secured with two-factor authentication (2FA).
The Jane App is used exclusively for private, secure messaging between clients and Self Love Counselling.
Emergency Protocol Disclosure
Our website contact form and email inbox are not monitored for urgent or emergency use.
If you or someone you know is in crisis, please visit our Additional Resources page or contact your local emergency services.
Client Response Time Expectations
We aim to respond to general inquiries within 2 business days. If more time is needed, we will notify you whenever possible.

Client records are retained for the duration required by Alberta’s health regulations after services conclude.
All records are stored securely and deleted in accordance with data security protocols.

Information submitted through the website’s contact form is used only for general inquiry purposes and is not intended for sensitive or clinical communication, or crisis support.
